Hi my name is Arjaan, I am 19 years old
And I am from Leens, that is a small town in the northern of the Netherlands. I have
gotten my first bass when I was 15 years old for my birthday, this was a beginner bass,
from the brand Stagg. But I haven't played much for the next 3 years.. (which
is wrecked now and stripped for some paint experiments) until I got a bit bored at
school and I was trying to find a band which was hard.
So I started my own band with 2 friends from school about 1 year ago from now. The
band's first name was 'Belial', it was a small death-metal band. During the time I
was in that band I did get a lot of info and stuff like my new bass 'Mystery' (Carvin
LB75L) which I bought from a fellow left-handed bassist. And my Eden Nemesis RS-400
Bass top + Eden Nemesis RS410 bass cab.
But it is time to keep that all behind me and focus on the next band/project (due private
reason I stopped with the band).
Style of music interest:
Mostly metal. The most brutal type is my favorite, so death metal and grindcore are
at top of my list. But I'm also very fond of ska and rock and pop and old disco tunes.
I am studying some Michael Jackson songs now. |
