Leo was born and raised in New Jersey. Paul first started playing drums at age
11.
Then decided to switch over to the bass at age 12, where he found the bass to be more
exciting for him.
Although after a few years of playing his bass he found out that he was playing his
bass in a unorthodox way.
He plays his bass upside down and backwards.
Paul is also recognized and well respected for his versatility in his bass playing,
performing all styles of music on his instrument.
"This probably stems from all different types of music I have listened to now
as well as through the years." Paul explains.
Paul is a noted session musician in the New York metropolitan area.
He has toured with many artists through the years. Most notable, the last months of
Billy Joels Storm front tour.

of dreams".

success with the Fugees,
performing bass on tracks for the M-people and Lauryn Hills single "To Zion"

strings.
These are the strings which Paul uses on all his basses.
Paul would specially like to thank, Mark Dronge and Tony Pinheiro for all their support
over the last 12 years as a artist endorsee.
"I'm very proud to be apart of DR Stings. I watch them grow from a puppy business
to a huge success.
It's their workings together, keeping the faith as a team and a family that made DR
String so successful today.
I wish them all the best down DR's future road of development."
At this moment Paul is on tour with "Nena" who is known internationally for
