	1969 Lefty Fender Jazz Neck This is a original 1969 Lefty Fender Jazz Bass Neck. Excellent straight neck. The fingerboard is a beautiful rosewood. The truss rod is in working order Frets shown, show no signs of wear. Neck is nice and slender at the nut width all around, like an early Jazz bass neck. Neck is missing 6 frets and one section of binding. Close inspection of my photos will show you that the fret holes are in very good shape and new frets can easily be put back in to match the others. All frets shown are the originals. Missing binding section can be replaced as well. An estimate from a world renown vintage dealer and shop here in the NY area places this repair job in the $300 range Overall this is a rare piece that can be mated with a original lefty jazz or precision body or a replacement body. 	Custom made left handed jazz bass. The body is made of maple and it has a really nice maple neck and fingerboard. Bass has a satin finish. Comes with Schaller tuners, Schaller bridge, Schaller strap locks. Has a passive set of jazz bass pickups with 4 passive controls. The bass has a dent on one of the control knobs but it has been filled in and is hardly noticeable and doesn't affect the playability in any way. 	Musicman Sringray 5 Also I am looking to sell my musicman 5 string. It is from 1997 and it is translucent teal. Gorgeous! I also added a beautiful black perloid pick guard. Now here's where it gets interesting. I have also added a single coil pick up to the bass similar to the Lakland skyline which is not available for lefties. Also I put in a j retro preamp. (A $350 value.) So yes,the bass can blend between the two pick ups and utilize the coil switching making for tons of tones. The pickups are bartolinis. This whole operation cost me about a grand. I would like to sell this one of a kind bass for $1600. Sadly, there are some dings which I have taken a picture of. Honestly is the best policy. 	Ibanez SR-500L Der Bass hat einen fünfteiligen Hals aus Wenge und Bubinga, ein Rosewood Griffbrett mit Medium Bünden und einen Korpus aus Mahagoni. Die Brücke kommt aus dem Hause Accu Cast (Modell: B20), die Stimmmechaniken scheinen von Ibanez zu sein, sind aber von guter Qualität und funktionieren tadellos. Tonabnehmer und Elektronik ist von Bartolini (Modellreihe: MK1). Der Bass ist in technisch einwandfreiem (war erst vor kurzem beim Gitarrenbauer und hat eine neue Verkabellung gekriegt, da ein Problem mit einem Poti bestand; seitdem keinerlei Probleme) und optisch guten Zustand, hat jedoch einige kleine Schrammen, die aber wirklich nur auffallen, wenn man ganz genau hinsieht. Ich habe den Bass übrigens vor etwas weniger als 2 Jahren als Neuware gekauft. Gespielt wurde er größtenteils zu Hause und bei der Probe mit der Band. Live kam er nur ein einziges Mal zum Einsatz. Der Sound ist, wie man sich das von Mahagoni erwartet, eher warm, lässt sich durch den 3-Band-EQ jedoch ziemlich variabel gestalten. Durch den sehr harten Wenge/Bubinga Hals kann der Bass jedoch auch schön knackig klingen. Ich habe damit überwiegend Rock und Metal gespielt und hatte nie Durchsetzungsprobleme. Die Bespielbarkeit ist, wie bei allen Ibanez SR die ich bisher in der Hand hatte, auf Grund des dünnen Halses und einer niedrigen Saitenlage absolut traumhaft, auch für Tapping etc. gut geeignet. Der Bass kommt mit gepolstertem Gigbag, Wildledergurt und Schaller Security Locks. Als Verhandlungsbasis stelle ich mir 450€ vor. Versand innerhalb Deutschlands ist dabei inklusive.
