Feb. 27, 2005 Hello bassplayer! A lot of snow outside permit me to do some work for a new update. The kaminfire is blazing and a cup of "Glühwein" (mulled wine) is standing near beside me. That´s the right atmosphere for a new update. Right? OK! Let´s start! What´s up? The Internet offers these times a lot of very intresting lefty basses! I´m sad about the great inquiry for these basses, so I have only to dream for such "lefty dreams". :=(
A new year means for me, spending my money for insurance companies and keep money for holidays. We want to make a trip to the mountains of Italy this year. I´m very glad to feature you new lefties: Øivind Petersen from Danmark, Diego Saralegui from England and Edward Schultheiss from Russia (!!!) Thanks for making this website more intresting! Harry Duns from England send me news about him. So his website became a update. Hi Arni, My name is Wallace Culver and I am a left hand bass player and
a professional luthier. After 20 years of being employed by a couple of prominent manufacturers,
I have decided to venture on my own. Wallace Culver, 2004 Mara prototype 5 string Website (is comming soon) |
Stolen! Hi Arni, you have a great site for us lefty bassists! My name is Chris Q, I live in the US. I had a lefty 5 string Pedulla which was custom built for me by Mike P. himself. It was recently stolen out of our tour bus in New York City. It's the best bass I've ever owned and is irreplacable. Could you post a picture of it with my email just in case anybody sees it? It's is a dark brown curly maple neck through, strung upside down. It doesn't say Pedulla on the headstock, but MVP 2xxx stamped in the back. There is an alien on the headstock. Thanks for your help and keep up the great work with the site! Chris Q USA |
